How Do I Place An Order?
If you find something you would like in the online store then please contact us via email to set up payment.
However if you see something that you like but you would like it in a different style or colour then please use the contact tab and send a message with your enquiry on.
If you would like to order a commission piece then please contact me on the Contact tab to discuss further.
Payment & Shipping
Payment is taken through PayPal. You do not require a PayPal account to purchase as you can use your card just select payment option on final screen.
All personalised items are sent Royal Mail Signed For. This can be first or second class depending on item and timescales, this is at my discretion unless specified.
None personalised items will be sent normal Royal Mail post again unless specified.
Please note that there is a standing 4 week turnaround time for all orders.
If you would like to stagger the payment for your items then please send a message using the Contact tab, this is at my discretion to accept.
There is a minimum order on this and items will not be sent until final payment has been received. If work has started on your order and you wish to pull out of the agreement then a reduced refund may be offered to cover time spent and materials already used to create your item.
Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of bespoke items refunds or exchanges are not accepted, all items are made to order and majority are personalised. This means I cannot re-sell a product.
